Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering due diligence, tax structuring services, and communicating findings and opportunities to clients.
• Manage the international tax component of due diligence and structuring projects by participating on client calls, interviewing targets and their tax advisors, and coordinating local country RSM due diligence and tax advisory services.
• Analyze various cross-border tax topics including permanent establishment, corporate reorganizations, outbound transactions (Section 367 issues, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, FTCs), and non-US direct and indirect tax issues.

Requirements

• Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Requires a minimum of five (5) years of International Tax and/or Cross-Border M&A experience within a public accounting firm, a corporate tax department, or a law firm.
• Requires a CPA or JD.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Exceptional quantification, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communicator.

Experience Level

• Minimum of five (5) years of International Tax and/or Cross-Border M&A experience

• Bachelor’s Degree

Salary/Compensations

• $133,500 - $268,400
