About the Role

Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff (FTS) is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards and to provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments. FTS will develop your leadership, training, and operational skills while working with other outstanding leaders from across Chick-fil-A.

Responsibilities

  • Serve at a Company-Owned Restaurant (COR) as Field Talent Staff.
  • Perform a number of training and operational support roles.

Requirements

  • Must currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant.
  • Must have worked at that location for at least six months.
  • Must have current employer’s support before applying.
  • Must complete the FTS Program Application prior to applying for training events.
  • Must have a successful Background Check processed.

  • $20 per hour (or $21.50 per hour for assignments in Washington)
  • Daily per diem
  • Overtime pay at one and one-half times the regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
