About the Role

The Senior Associate, Campaign Management will support the delivery of marketing and servicing campaigns that align with the organization's strategy and product needs, acting as a catalyst for business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned campaigns, including schedule building, intent owner communication, leading status meetings, providing progress updates, and fulfillment tasks.
  • Collaborate with intent owners to refine intent before campaign kick-off.
  • Ensure well-managed campaign execution and support audits and exams.
  • Enable associates to deliver high-quality work across creative, digital, and segmentation builds.
  • Gather data and metrics to inform team reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience
  • Masters / MBA degree
  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 1 year of People Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
  • Work experience achieving results with complex projects
