About the Role

The Manager of Advisor Platform leads a team that supports the Advisor Platform and develops platform roadmap. This role is responsible for guiding Product Owners, managing business process models, and documenting requirements for technology projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the priorities, workload capacity, and deliverables of Business Analysts and Product Owners.
  • Provide guidance or direction in requirements approach and in problem statement formation.
  • Facilitate group meetings such as requirements gathering sessions and workshops.
  • Balance technology and business issues and communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts.
  • Develop, define, and build business cases that will enable business and technology change.
  • Recommend technology solutions to improve business decision-making with a focus on core systems, technology strategies, and standards.
  • Act as a liaison and participate in defining technology solutions to solve complex, multidisciplinary business problems with long-term implications.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience; financial services and/or operations analysis experience preferred.
  • Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra.
  • Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
