About the Role

This is a posting for an existing job vacancy. You will be responsible for supporting daily operations through a wide range of tasks, including housekeeping, food preparation, meal service, meeting room setup and turnover, and dishwashing. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties, including maintaining the cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, and assigned workspaces.
• Assist with food preparation, meal service, tray delivery, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Set up, flip, and clean meeting or dining rooms by arranging and removing tables, chairs, and equipment according to operational requirements.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures, reporting injuries, hazards, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other duties and reasonable requests as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy, move, and set up tables, chairs, and other equipment as required.
• Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.

Education Level

• Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent

Salary/Compensations

• The hourly wage rate for this position is $22. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Further details regarding our total rewards offerings will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process.
