About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to support the planning, analysis, and delivery of a major software development project. The successful candidate will ensure clear communication of requirements and alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Create user stories, process flows, and use cases to support system design and development.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to define project scope, priorities, and solutions.
- Work closely with QA and development teams to support testing and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Support change management activities and provide training/documentation as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within software development or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise documentation.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus.
