About the Role

As a full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading shifts, ensuring a stellar guest experience, and driving daily store operations. You will train, motivate, and celebrate associates while focusing on achieving sales results and representing company values.

Responsibilities

Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class, in-store guest experience.
Support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results.
Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, acting as a role-model leader.
Hold associates accountable to AEO's service standards in the Salesfloor and Fitting Room.
Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs.
Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture.
Challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.
Motivate associates and drive engagement by celebrating outstanding performance.
Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards.
Ensure the Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
Ensure store safety standards are maintained.
Adhere to Asset Protection standards.
Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
Do the right thing always.

Requirements

Love for AE and Aerie products.
Previous retail management experience.
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
Strong priority-setting and time management skills.
Business acumen.
Flexible availability to work when the guest shops.
