Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor all residential building systems, performing routine preventative maintenance as necessary (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Provide interior improvements such as patching drywall, painting, and making repairs to equipment and appliances as needed
- Maintain exterior premises of the residential property including snow removal, grass cutting, gardening, and tree pruning
- Ensure all residential vehicles are maintained properly and that all necessary inspections are completed
- Maintain and monitor required Life Safety devices
- Construct simple therapy/residential materials and/or equipment as designed by the treatment team to paint, varnish, and/or cover such materials and/or equipment
- Transport materials and/or equipment between residences
- Assist in the opening and closing of the pool where applicable
- Tend to emergencies that may arise
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
- Experience in drywall repair and painting
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English, including interpreting documents such as safety rules and policy and procedure manuals

Salary/Compensations
- $23.54-$26.75 per hour
