Responsibilities
- Execute seasonal menu with impeccable presentation
- Excel in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- Maintain proper food safety requirements
- Keep an organized and clean small workstation
- Execute at Chef's direction with a positive attitude
- Execute at GM's direction with a positive attitude
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of culinary or restaurant experience
- Must own a full knife kit
- References of culinary background required
- Must have regular computer access
- Experience cooking in a full-service kitchen
- Maintains a positive attitude
- Keep a clean and polished appearance
- New York City Food Handler's Certificate is a plus
- Must be able to provide valid documentation that you are legally eligible to work in the United States.
