About the Role
Major quick growth opportunity for the right candidate! Looking for a self-starter to help our facilities management team.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties within the required time frame as directed by the Lead or Chief Facilities Maintenance Technician.
- Complete work order tasks from clients in an organized and timely manner.
- Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors in compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and other building related supplies and tools.
- Proactively inspect grounds and building appearance and condition.
- Maintaining a SAFE and clean jobsite
Requirements
- Needs to have a working knowledge of all trades to include: Carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
- Needs to be well spoken and continue our relationships with our client base.
- Must maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times.
- Valid Driver's License
- OSHA 40
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
