About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and deploying digital marketing content and promotional campaigns across E-commerce, Email, and SMS channels. This role translates business objectives and marketing strategies into compelling customer experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, technically proficient, and eager to learn and adapt to evolving digital marketing capabilities and consumer behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution and deployment of digital marketing content and promotions across E-commerce, Email, and SMS channels, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Build and maintain website content, promotional assets, landing pages, emails, and SMS campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and merchandising priorities.
- Manage audience segmentation and dynamic content implementation to deliver relevant, personalized customer experiences across channels.
- Collaborate with Creative, Technical, Analytics, and external vendor partners to implement new capabilities and ensure best-in-class digital experiences.
- Monitor campaign and content performance, analyze results, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that support business goals and continuous optimization.
- Maintain a deep understanding of platform capabilities, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met across all digital marketing executions, including content accuracy, functionality, audience targeting, and customer experience.
- Act as the day-to-day owner of key marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, email service providers, SMS platforms, and third-party content management tools.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple, dynamic priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and partnership skills
- After-hours work as necessary to perform fixes
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in Office 365 and Hootsuite a plus
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, and a go-getter
- Team player and a strong communicator
- Attention to detail and strong analytical and presentation skills
