About the Role

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, aiming to deliver massive amounts of compute faster than anyone else. We are looking for individuals who care deeply about this mission and want to contribute to a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

• Own interview coordination end to end, including scheduling and managing complex, multi-stakeholder interviews across various formats and time zones.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience as the primary point of contact throughout the interview process.
• Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, logistical issues, and process bottlenecks.
• Maintain data integrity by ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records and workflow tracking in the ATS.
• Support the TA team operationally by partnering with Partners and Sourcers on tasks that maintain healthy pipelines.
• Identify and flag process friction, and contribute to building improved workflows.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating recruiting, or performing administrative or operations work, in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
• Ability to manage high volumes of moving parts across multiple roles simultaneously without compromising quality or urgency.
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of reliable follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity for candidates, hiring managers, and teammates.
• A commitment to data accuracy and a low tolerance for errors.
• Experience with ATS and scheduling tools (Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience with high-volume technical recruiting coordination is a plus.
• Experience with process and workflow building is a plus.
