About the Role

Technical Account Managers will work with customers on complex implementations, collaborating with Product to design and implement Trunk Tools' products that enhance productivity for the deskless workforce. They will oversee projects from start to finish, managing resources, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring stakeholder communication for successful customer transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of multiple projects, overseeing deliverables and identifying risks.
  • Serve as the primary project escalation point of contact.
  • Ensure alignment across internal and external teams.
  • Build, maintain, and track project timelines for on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Ops for a smooth customer experience from kick-off to go-live.
  • Contribute to scale efforts by improving implementation management and delivery operations processes.
  • Create internal and external collateral on product education and technical specifications.
  • Provide feedback to Sales and Product to optimize hand-offs, onboarding, training, and customer stabilization.
  • Maintain Implementation KPIs and data sources for client health and deliverables.
  • Provide post go-live support, including check-ins, usage analysis, and contributing to renewal conversations.
  • Coordinate and participate in company outreach activities like webinars and conferences.
  • Assist in leveling up Standard Operating Procedures, optimizing data gathering, and amplifying the Voice of the Customer.
  • Perform client onsite visits for successful onboarding (up to 50% travel).

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a customer-facing implementation manager, project manager, technical program manager, or management consultant.
  • Experience running complex projects with multiple enterprise clients exceeding $200,000 ARR per logo.
  • Persuasive, results-driven customer influencer with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, as well as day-to-day users.
  • Team player skilled at collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Ability to learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Bias towards action and thrives in environments with outsized influence on customer and colleague success.
  • Strong sense of empathy and a desire to improve the lives of those in the built world.
  • Fascination with technology, artificial intelligence, and their global impact.
  • Experience with construction/real estate technology is desired but not required.
  • Must be located in a US time zone within the continental United States.
