About the Role
AIT Home Delivery seeks contractors to provide repair services for high-end fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products. This role requires evaluating, troubleshooting, and repairing various equipment, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar products.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Possess the skills to read and comprehend manufacturer's manuals and instructions for equipment repair.
- Must have own transportation to and from repair sites.
- Must own hand and power tools and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications.
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).
- Comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements.
- DOT/MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
- Must comply with state laws for the vehicle used for work.
- Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Must be tech-savvy with a mobile phone.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Background and Drug Screens are performed on all contractors, including helpers.
- MVRs are performed for all driving contractors.
