About the Role
Helio Health’s Child & Adolescent Clinic is seeking a school-based therapist for the Jamesville-Dewitt school district. The therapist will provide mental health services to students for various issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. This is a Full-Time position. When school is not in session, counselors will provide services at the Child & Adolescent Clinic.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of patients from elementary through high school.
- Perform essential counseling responsibilities including screening, intake and orientation, evaluation and intervention, treatment planning, referrals, crisis intervention, counseling, patient education, case management, reporting and record keeping.
- Relate effectively with staff, patients, and the professional community while upholding appropriate standards of confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid professional License (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.).
- Limited Permit (LP) Licenses are acceptable.
- Master’s Degree required.
- Two years of employment experience in the Human Services field preferred.

- $30.00 - $35.00/per hour
