About the Role
The Flight Crew Scheduler is responsible for scheduling Flight Crewmembers in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), Company policies, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement. This role requires excellent customer service skills and coordination with various departments and crewmembers.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and notify Flight Crewmembers in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Company policies and procedures, and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) using available data and reports.
- Monitor Flight Crewmembers’ schedules for irregularities.
- Process Crewmember schedule adjustments using automated computer programs.
- Arrange for Crewmember hotel and/or transportation if necessary.
- Assist with research, data analysis, development and execution of departmental programs.
- Complete other duties as assigned by Crew Services and/or System Operations Leadership.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma.
- One (1) year customer service or office experience.
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessment(s).
- Available for overnight travel (10%).
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
- Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
