About the Role

The Coordinator Inflight Crew is responsible for managing Inflight Crewmember schedules, operating pairings, and open segments. This role ensures operational integrity and compliance with regulations during normal and irregular operations, while providing excellent customer service and interdepartmental coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve operational disruptions and legalities for all pairings and schedules of Inflight Crewmembers in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and company policies and procedures.
  • Schedule and allocate Inflight reserve resources for the assignment of open flying and operational coverage.
  • Communicate and coordinate with System Operations to resolve daily operational irregularities.
  • Continuously monitor company Electronic Mail.
  • Make close-in, critical Inflight Crewmember notifications as necessary.
  • Maintain daily checklists, shift logs, and provide verbal briefings as necessary and assigned.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by Crew Services Leadership.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
  • One (1) year of Scheduling and/or Operational Experience
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment math assessment
  • Solid computer background including extensive use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
  • Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for a visa sponsorship
