About the Role
This role travels between assigned branches to provide customers with high-quality, prompt, and professional financial services. You will interact with clients, offer exceptional service, and process financial transactions accurately and efficiently while supporting branch goals.
Responsibilities
- Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and client acquisition.
- Actively seek and deliver client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute sales initiatives.
- Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and/or complaints.
- Resolve client issues through research and communication in a timely and effective manner.
- Deliver client engagement and education.
- Meet behavioral activity goals, including referrals.
- Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions, striving for no controllable preventable losses.
- Understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations.
- Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
- Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards.
- Complete required compliance trainings.
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Requirements
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent education.
- 0 – 3 years of customer service and sales experience.
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross functional insights.
- Aligns relationship building efforts with enterprise goals to accelerate performance and drive strategic results.
- Builds trusted client relationships, whether internal or external, by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance the overall client experience.
- Fosters or supports a positive work culture and productive work environment, displaying importance of effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- The job requires a moderate degree of physical exertion and stamina such as standing, sitting, walking, driving or infrequent lifting.
