About the Role
The Enterprise Strategy team is seeking a Manager to help shape the strategy for the Aetna business. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of CVS Health's aspirations to maintain Aetna's market leadership. You will collaborate with senior business leaders to identify and analyze growth opportunities in a dynamic industry.
Responsibilities
- Supports formulation, preparation, and communication of strategic and operational business plans.
- Contributes to cross-functional strategic projects executed in partnership with senior leadership.
- Leads research associated with business issues and plan formulation, including development of business cases.
- Effectively facilitates meetings and strategic workshops, including preparation and driving tangible outcomes.
- Stimulates strategic thinking in support of business direction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in consulting, investment banking, healthcare strategy or operations role in an analytical environment and/or completion of CVS GMDP Program.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen with a focus on payor landscape and trends.
- Experience building and evaluating financial models.
- Experience quickly developing executive-level presentations and support material to successfully implement strategy.
- Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations, and support material to successfully drive decisions and strategy implementation.
- This role may require travel up to 25%.

- This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
