About the Role
This role supports financial operations and serves as the welcoming face of the corporate office, offering a mix of accounting and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and verify coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile daily store sales reports, deposits, and financial records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Support financial reporting, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
- Work with vendors and store teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing documentation.
- Greet visitors, vendors, and guests.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and replenishment.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external partners.
- Prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Support store operations, merchandising, and other corporate departments.
- Communicate professionally with stores, vendors, and coworkers.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and office efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy.
Requirements
- An Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent accounting experience.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Experience in retail, multi-location organizations, financial reconciliations, or inventory processes is a plus.
- Candidates may be required to undergo background and/or drug screening.
