About the Role
Adelphi Research conducts qualitative and quantitative market research exclusively within the pharmaceutical space. Our work provides crucial insights that help bring new drugs to market, fundamentally impacting patients' lives across various conditions like oncology, neuroscience, and immunology. Responsibilities
- Develop a solid understanding of good research practices and serve as a Co-Project Manager and backup on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Gain proficiency in quantitative research and a basic understanding of qualitative research.
- Participate in market research software training and run analyses using the software.
- Write first drafts of screeners and questionnaires, and edit them based on feedback.
- Participate in and moderate in-person and telephone pretest sessions.
- Understand how to check soft launch data and monitor fieldwork through reportal.
- Thoroughly check online surveys for accurate programming.
- Ensure logic is being followed in data sets.
- Provide direction for report template creation and data file cleaning.
- Run basic tables for output from analyses.
- Draft sections of reports with direction from the project lead.
- Check data in reports for statistical significance and codes on open-ended questions.
- QC posted data if required.
- Present findings to a 'friendly audience' on simple studies.
- Conduct reviews of secondary sources for published information and identify key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Provide relevant information to support disease background knowledge for proposals and project work.
- Acquire skills to perform as a primary project director on straightforward projects.
- Prepare for and conduct internal kick-off meetings.
- Interface with clients under guidance of senior project staff and understand clients’ business needs.
- Participate in client visits with senior staff to secure new and repeat business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 1 year of market research experience.
- Knowledge of pharma/biotech industries is a plus.
- Creative, innovative, and analytical thinker.
- Outstanding communications and organization skills.
- Highly skilled in Power Point, Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
