About the Role
Responsible for public relations and business development activities, maintaining a positive community image, and promoting the Company through involvement in community activities. The role involves establishing strong working relationships and networks to drive referrals and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Actively pursue market penetration through various duties.
- Make public relations calls on present and prospective customers.
- Research new market opportunities (geography, technology, service/products).
- Maintain active community involvement to project a positive Company image.
- Coordinate branch marketing activities for services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business partners.
- Assume office responsibility in the manager's absence, ensuring proper staffing, training, and adherence to Company policies.
- Provide direct customer services as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in related positions.
- Specialized banking education and training.
- Thorough knowledge of key issues facing the banking industry.
- Demonstrated management and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in business development activity and market knowledge.
- Proficient interpersonal relations, communication, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures for all deposit and lending products.
