Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, coaching, and development for house managers.
- Ensure smooth, effective, and efficient operation of houses programmatically and financially.
- Conduct residential audits for safety and welfare, including fire safety, MAR, training records, charts, active treatment, diets, mealtimes, billing, and environmental assessments.
- Ensure prompt follow-up for internal and external audits and address concerns promptly.
- Maintain programs in compliance with OPWDD regulations and governing agencies.
- Review and recommend changes to program systems to meet individual goals.
- Review staffing schedules for adequate coverage and consistency.
- Monitor staff training records and teamwork, providing guidance for effective team function.
- Conduct investigations as assigned by the Director of Corporate Compliance.
- Provide regular written and verbal reports of audit discrepancies.
- Train and develop Residential Staff on individual goal implementation and billing procedures.
- Develop a procedures manual for new House and Assistant House Managers.
- Hire and fire employees, and make recommendations regarding hiring, firing, and advancement.
- Maintain required trainings and documentation.
- Participate in required trainings.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly living environment for all individuals.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
