About the Role

Operations Managers at Love's assist and oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading teams, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple business operations including retail, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety standards.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Collaborate with management on talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in retail, travel stop, c-store, big box, grocery, or department store environments.
• 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years of experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years of experience supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle check and/or DOT physical if required.
