About the Role
Supervises production shifts, monitoring attendance, performance evaluation of operators, packers, and line coordinators. Ability to evaluate and implement production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Operators, Packers, Line Coordinators, Production Clerks and Janitors.
- Work closely with other departments regarding production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems.
- Meet production financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Evaluate functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment and employees.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal (OSHA) codes and regulations.
