About the Role
Seeking an experienced Lead Stress Engineer / Project Coordinator to support aerostructures engineering activities for an aerospace program. This role involves leading technical stress-analysis and coordinating engineering deliverables between customer stakeholders and offshore teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical stress-analysis activities.
- Coordinate engineering deliverables between customer stakeholders and offshore engineering teams.
- Lead technical discussions.
- Track project activities.

- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of aerostructures experience.
- Hands-on classical/hand stress-analysis expertise.
- Experience with FEA tools and ability to interpret results.
- Experience with aircraft primary and secondary structures.
- OEM and certification experience.
- Structural substantiation, modifications, strength evaluation, and stress-report experience.
- Technical leadership and coordination of onsite/offshore engineering teams.
