About the Role

You will take operational ownership of a production system consisting of PHP 8/Symfony services and a Vue 3 web client. This is a full-stack role where you will manage the entire lifecycle of features, from the API and data model to the UI, ensuring system stability and billing operations while working through a prioritized backlog.

Responsibilities

• Own the Symfony service fleet including API, auth, payment, notification, image, and PDF-report services
• Manage the Vue 3, Vuetify, and TypeScript SPA
• Ship features end-to-end across checkout, billing, workspace, admin, and documentation flows
• Build data import/export support for new hardware-manufacturer partners
• Maintain billing operations including Mollie subscriptions, webhooks, invoices, and SEPA mandates
• Manage production infrastructure including Hetzner servers, GitHub Actions CI, SSH deploys, and Cloudflare DNS
• Implement Pulumi IaC and maintain observability via Sentry, Datadog, and Grafana
• Execute tasks from a defined backlog including bug fixes, endpoint development, and system hardening
• Collaborate with managed-service partners to support the Couchbase and Sync Gateway layer

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Symfony
• Experience owning and maintaining production systems
• Comfortable with complex, nested JSON and document-based data modeling
• Solid modern frontend skills with deep Vue experience preferred
• Ability to quickly transition to Vue from React, Angular, or Svelte
• Experience with Git submodules and modular, multi-service repository structures
• Excellent spoken and written English
• DevOps capability including Linux servers, DNS, and CI/CD
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a weekly in-person day
