About the Role

As an Analytics Solutions Manager within the Unstructured Data and Knowledge Team, you will collaborate with leadership across Chase Consumer & Community Banking to design and drive the strategy for documenting and publishing machine-readable knowledge. You will set strategies, build roadmaps, and manage outreach programs to ensure knowledge is maximally usable by agents.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior CCB leaders to define and deliver the knowledge management strategy, prioritize the backlog, drive the product vision, and build multi-year roadmaps that align priorities across lines of business.
  • Build and run structured outreach across lines of business, including engagement models, best-practice playbooks, and enablement programs that drive adoption of common standards and a shared knowledge approach at scale.
  • Set the strategy for uplifting content into machine-readable, RAG-friendly formats, including structure, metadata, taxonomy, and governance, so knowledgebases across the firm are ready for search, conversational, and agentic AI consumption.
  • Identify high-impact areas where tool use and automated workflows drive business impact; pilot, measure, and scale the winners across the firmwide knowledge domain.
  • Guide product analysts, data scientists, data owners, and engineers to build impactful products, shipping iterative improvements against clear success metrics.
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap; engage internal and external customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and validate features.
  • Lead change management across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements; manage timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners throughout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience owning delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • 2+ years leading knowledge management, search, or data science products and solutioning with measurable impact on self-service, call deflection, answer quality, or handle time.
  • Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle (discovery, ideation, requirements, roadmap, business benefits, experimentation) and value measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches.
  • Power user of AI productivity tools and fluent in connectors, skill development, and context curation for AI enablement.
  • Expertise in knowledge content strategy and standards, including taxonomy, metadata, versioning, lifecycle workflows, and machine-readable/AI-ready formats.
  • Familiarity with enterprise knowledge management platforms, search/retrieval systems, and analytics for relevance and answer-quality evaluation.
  • Strong knowledge of generative AI technologies and capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships and lead change management in a regulated environment.
