Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
• Manage day-to-day product execution, including backlog prioritization, testing, and launch coordination.
• Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to design, develop, and deliver new features and core platform capabilities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure products meet regulatory, legal, and policy standards.
• Support partner discovery, onboarding, and ongoing relationship needs by representing product capabilities, constraints, and roadmap direction.
• Conduct market, competitive, and partner research to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
• Use stakeholder feedback to inform product prioritization.
• Track and report key product performance metrics, adoption data, and operational outcomes.
• Manage vendor and third-party platform considerations.
• Prepare product documentation, including roadmap updates and stakeholder or partner-facing material.

Requirements

• Strong product management fundamentals, including requirements definition, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery.
• Technical fluency to work effectively with engineers on APIs, systems, integrations, and data flows.
• Understanding of banking, payments, and embedded finance concepts, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to operate effectively in a highly cross-functional, regulated environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable outputs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting partner banking, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), or embedded finance products.
• Prior experience working closely with risk, compliance, or legal teams.
• Familiarity with APIs or third-party technology integrations.
