About the Role
As the Office / Clinic Manager, you will lead clinic operations, staff development, and culture to ensure a seamless, patient-first experience. You will manage daily administrative functions and collaborate with clinical staff to drive performance and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day non-clinical operations and front desk workflows
- Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new team members
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and accountability
- Lead weekly 1:1s, attend monthly leadership meetings, and participate in off-site quarterly team gatherings
- Manage clinic scheduling, staffing coverage, and PTO approvals
- Communicate and implement updated policies and procedural changes
- Ensure customer service excellence and handle patient concerns with empathy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and coordinate with upper management
- Manage supply ordering, inventory tracking, and monthly facility audits
- Monitor clinic cleanliness, organization, and building maintenance
Requirements
- Healthcare leadership experience
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to resolve issues calmly and quickly

- $70,000—$90,000 USD
- Quarterly performance bonuses up to $2000.00
