About the Role
Provide legal support to clients on commercial contracting matters while developing expertise in the life sciences industry. Work alongside experienced attorneys on clinical trials and R&D matters in a remote, client-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Advise clients on commercial contracting matters.
- Collaborate with clients and experienced attorneys on life sciences contracting, including clinical trials and R&D work.
- Build trusted client relationships in a remote, client-facing environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture while developing life sciences sector expertise.
Requirements
- Approximately 5 to 7 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong background in commercial contracts.
- Active admission to the California Bar is preferred.
- Candidates located in California are strongly preferred.
- Employment may be contingent upon successful background check and proof of identity/work authorization.
