About the Role
Provide administrative support to the global head of the WME Books Business Affairs team, assisting with scheduling, file management, and contract administration in a high-volume practice supporting worldwide agents and bestselling authors.
Responsibilities
- Providing scheduling, phone and administrative support to the senior lawyers of the Books BA team
- Organizing and maintaining files, deal logs and contract precedent logs
- Managing high-volume contract administration
- Fostering excellent relationships with agents, agency clients and internal/external executives
Requirements
- Administrative experience supporting executives or senior attorneys strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving skills; you’re proactive and accountable
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and tight deadlines with accuracy
- Exceptional oral and written communications, including grammar and proofreading
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Onsite (4 days per week)
Salary/Compensations
- $15.75 hourly (minimum)
