About the Role
The Handyman will oversee and complete a wide range of repairs throughout the facility location, utilizing trade skills, repair work, and maintenance work. We are looking for someone who is organized, has good time management skills, and strong general repair skills.
Responsibilities
- Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs
- Regularly perform various maintained tasks
- Repair equipment and various machines and appliances
- Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work
- Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide minor painting services
- Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed
- All other duties as defined as your supervisor
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
