About the Role
This role leads digital initiatives for the Personal Financing Products (PFP) team, focusing on AI Search and SEO to drive organic growth and impact how individuals and families find lending solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate public website updates with cross-functional teams.
- Triage and execute website maintenance requests, monitoring site health and performance.
- Plan, develop, and execute AI Search and SEO projects with key partners.
- Serve as the primary Digital Marketing point of contact for AI Search and SEO initiatives.
- Implement best practices across digital assets and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on AI Search and SEO performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners across the project lifecycle.
- Help build a high-performing team culture focused on growth and experimentation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on SEO expertise.
- Proven project management and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of or curiosity about Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
- Technical proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, Siteimprove).
- Familiarity with website A/B testing and personalization tools.
- Experience with Content Management Systems.
- Understanding of development, staging, and production environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence partners.
- Strong analytical instincts and ability to communicate data findings.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
