About the Role
As a Bartender, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding service, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar in a fast-paced casino environment. If you have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality, we invite you to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and always acknowledges guests, preferably by name.
- Ensures beer, soda, liquor, glassware and paper products are appropriately stocked in the beginning and end of each shift; as well as when leaving for scheduled breaks.
- Effectively makes cocktails according to PPC and/or guest specifications. Offers drinks suggestions/recommendations to guests when appropriate.
- Consistently keeps bar area clean. Cleans top of bar and polishes stainless steel on a regular basis. Properly washes all bar dishes used during assigned shift, and leaves area clean before going on break and prior to shift end.
Requirements
- Previous alcohol beverage service preferred.
- Fluent in English and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system, count money and make correct change.
- Must be able to complete and be well versed in alcohol service training.
- Must maintain working knowledge of acceptable forms of identification.
- Demonstrates the ability to identify altered or false identification.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
