About the Role

Join a leading security team as an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic government transit location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, respond to security concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to the public, transit riders, employees, and visitors.
• Execute security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transportation facilities, stations, platforms, and parking areas.
• Identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Respond to incidents and service disruptions in a professional, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points and public areas to maintain orderly conditions.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and security-related activities.
• Communicate relevant information to site contacts and leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.
