About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Experiential Art Director to join our fast-growing team. You will work on a variety of projects, translating ideas into meaningful designs and collaborating with integrated teams to deliver strategic, creative work for clients in the sports, lifestyle, and entertainment industries.
Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of projects alongside a team of supporting creatives.
- Attend brainstorms and translate ideas into meaningful design.
- Communicate on client calls to ensure creative output is the best it can be.
- Collaborate closely with account leads, project management, and production.
- Work with clients to craft concepts and strategy.
- Stay on top of industry trends.
- Help develop the look and feel of ideas.
- Assist the creative team with art needs.
- Maintain design quality control.
- Maintain positive relationships with interdepartmental teams and clients.
- Work with third-party vendors and/or partner agencies.
- Maintain an understanding of clients, current and upcoming projects.
- Develop trusting and communicative relationships with creative team members.
- Demonstrate regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability, and promptness.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong design skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Understanding of print production.
- Ability to work in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Office Suite.
- Proactive ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Ability to multi-task.
