About the Role

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Operations Manager will manage the design and implementation of productionized AI solutions to solve business problems. This role will work closely with data science teams to enable the integration of AI/Machine Learning (ML) models into business processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and secure. The role involves managing projects that maintain CI/CD pipelines, productionize models (ML/DL/LLM), and develop integration code for AI solution deployment.

Responsibilities

Provide managerial leadership to the AI Ops team, drive delivery of productionized Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, manage team goals, mentor staff, and recruit top talent.
Lead AI Operations associates, partner with data science teams on solution delivery, lead discovery & solution design, and ensure successful delivery of monitoring and maintenance of AI solutions.
Guide adherence to compliance, security, and governance processes.
Partner with Release Management, Infrastructure, DevOps, etc. to ensure smooth and successful deployments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent, relevant work experience
8-10 years of experience in AI Ops, ML engineering, data science, data engineering, DevOps, analytics, or related fields.
3+ years of experience leading project(s), mentoring and/or coaching experience, demonstrated subject matter expert in department.
Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for any sponsorship now or in the future.
Cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders.
