About the Role

Niagara is seeking Team Members committed to providing customers with the highest quality, most affordable bottled water. This role offers an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment with opportunities for career growth and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design, construction, maintenance, and/or repair of plant equipment and machinery.
• Establish standards and policies for operating procedures and inspection of maintenance equipment.
• Perform routine facility maintenance duties including electrical infrastructure, chilled water systems, HVAC, air exchange systems, structural maintenance, compressed air systems, and water farm systems.
• Develop monitoring systems to evaluate the health of facility maintenance.
• Coordinate all preventative maintenance systems through in-plant labor and outside services.
• Manage technicians to accomplish engineering department tasks.
• Perform technician tasks as needed to ensure ongoing positive operation of the facility, including maintaining product water and mineral injection systems, filtration, CIP tasks, ozone, filler sanitation, and batching support.
• Manage plant project work, including assisting with the implementation of corporate projects, data collection initiatives, and executing plant task assignments.
• Drive cost-savings projects and other assigned projects to accomplish company strategies.
• Act as a key contributor to overall plant safety, advocating for team member safety and continuously improving safety behaviors, environment, and culture.
• Serve as a vocal safety advocate in all plant management meetings and initiatives.

Requirements

• 6 Years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• 6 Years of experience in the position.
• 6 Years of experience managing people/projects.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
• 10+ Years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment (Preferred).
• 10+ Years of experience working in the position (Preferred).
• 10+ Years of experience managing people/projects (Preferred).

Salary/Compensations

• $107,514.38 - $153,208.01 / Yearly
• Bonus Target: 15% Annual
