About the Role

The Marketing Manager, E-Commerce will lead the development and execution of the e-commerce growth strategy for Home Depot Canada. This role is responsible for leveraging digital retail media capabilities and site functionality to build high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies that drive growth across Milwaukee’s online assortment at homedepot.ca.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance measurement of integrated Orange Apron Media campaigns at Home Depot, driving traffic, brand awareness, engagement, and sales through onsite and offsite digital channels.
  • Own the e-commerce growth strategy for Milwaukee on homedepot.ca, partnering with internal teams and Home Depot stakeholders to identify and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Ensure Milwaukee products and content are accurately represented and optimally merchandised across homedepot.ca, delivering a best-in-class digital shopping experience.
  • Improve the end-to-end online customer journey by optimizing search, product content, brand pages, product attribution, and site navigation.
  • Lead execution of all digital marketing initiatives with Home Depot, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, aligned to brand standards, and fully leverage available retail media opportunities.
  • Drive omnichannel growth by identifying and activating opportunities that connect in-store and online experiences to increase traffic, conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches across Home Depot’s digital ecosystem to maximize visibility and sales impact.
  • Partner with Home Depot marketing teams to secure incremental exposure and maximize Milwaukee’s presence across retailer-owned channels.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to identify risks, opportunities, and inform future growth strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking of retailer and manufacturer websites to ensure Milwaukee and Home Depot deliver a best-in-class digital experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Marketing and/or E-Commerce.
  • Big box retailer experience
  • Exceptional communication skills in all forms including written, verbal, and presentations
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and brand development.
  • Proven project management and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications is preferred.

Salary/Compensations

  • $80,000 - $88,000 annually
