About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prospect for new leads, qualify opportunities, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate our value proposition.
- Work closely with Business Development Executives and Account Executives to drive growth initiatives.
- Coordinate customer communications.
- Manage the sales pipeline through our CRM system.
- Build strong relationships.
- Deliver effective presentations.
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- Relevant degree plus experience in sales or business development, preferably in life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Additional certifications in sales, business development, or relevant technical areas beneficial.
- Strong understanding of scientific workflows, laboratory operations, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Expert proficiency in CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in a business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to develop strategic solutions.
- Self-directed with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed to support territory requirements.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages valuable for international roles.
- Experience with CDMO services, laboratory products, or relevant technical solutions preferred.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer requirements.
