About the Role

Drive growth on Ocean Spray’s flagship North American business by partnering with the Brand Marketing team. This role is responsible for brand-building and business-building initiatives, ensuring the delivery of annual financial targets to grower owners.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for weekly, monthly or quarterly business reporting to Senior Leadership, identifying key growth drivers and areas of opportunity for the beverage business.
  • Develop, own and monitor channel-specific forecasts for Beverage products as part of Ocean Spray’s monthly demand planning process.
  • Lead execution of annual marketing strategies to deliver against the beverage team’s fiscal year earnings target and profitability goals.
  • Partner with Director to build Beverage Business Unit annual marketing plans and deliver those plans to Sr. Leadership for endorsement.
  • Lead development of semi-annual Sales materials to Retail Sales team.
  • Drive communication strategy, partnering with Brand Elevation to develop optimal creative messaging, media plan and shopper marketing programs for key drive windows and products.
  • Lead and champion margin optimization and “design to value” projects for Beverage business to drive top-line and bottom-line growth across Beverage P&L.
  • Lead and inspire team of cross functional peers, across Sales, Insights, Supply, Operations, Packaging, Finance, on key projects to enable growth for the Beverage business.

Requirements

  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Ability to sift through large amounts of data to uncover true drivers behind the “why” and tell the story in a succinct way.
  • Superior presentation skills, both in ability to develop compelling stories and to effectively deliver those stories to audiences at all levels within the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence without authority.
  • Candidate should be self-starter who has demonstrated personal and thought leadership capabilities in prior responsibilities.

Experience Level

  • At least 5 Years of Experience

Education Level

  • Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
  • Master's Degree (Preferred)

Salary/Compensations

  • $116,300 - $145,400
