About the Role
The Managing Partner leads with Unbridled Hospitality, focusing on guest experience and team member well-being. This role owns Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) execution, aiming to exceed operational expectations and deliver exceptional results in serving gourmet burgers, steak fries, and milkshakes.
Responsibilities
- Lead with Unbridled Hospitality for guests and care for team members.
- Create a family-friendly, fun atmosphere.
- Serve gourmet burgers, bottomless steak fries, sides, and milkshakes.
- Maintain high standards as the most loved restaurant brand.
- Own all FOH and HOH execution standards.
- Exceed all operational expectations.
- Deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- 2 years of management experience.
- Open Availability (including nights, weekends, holidays).
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service.
- Strong P&L knowledge.
- Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
- Knowledgeable of local and State health codes (Preferred).
- Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules (Preferred).
- Experience managing a team (Preferred).
