About the Role

Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the San Francisco Regional Manager and Underwriters on primary construction accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process documentation for 26 active policies (WC, GL, AL).
  • Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, audits, and certificates of insurance.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry in underwriting systems.
  • Serve as a liaison between underwriters, brokers, and clients to facilitate smooth account management.
  • Assist with reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed for Primary Construction.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in commercial insurance is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Liability policies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
