About the Role
Live Nation UK’s Marketing Partnerships Division seeks a resourceful team player with a passion for music and brand marketing to drive growth across festivals and venues by developing compelling proposals for brand partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of commercially compelling proposals showcasing festival and venue assets for brand partnerships.
- Architect, sell, and manage national corporate sponsorship programs.
- Create innovative and engaging marketing platforms to solve client challenges through live music.
- Formulate strategy, big ideas, and business solutions for brands in collaboration with the sales team.
- Craft strategic music marketing platforms to meet brand business objectives and KPIs through needs analysis, fan insights, client research, and ideation.
- Transform program concepts into visually stunning creative presentations.
- Develop cutting-edge marketing campaigns and write storytelling-led presentations for prospective brand partners to win business.
- Maintain a strong focus on commercial drivers, assisting in the development of proposals that sell and elevate Live Nation UK festivals and venues.
- Collaborate with Marketing Partnerships teams to unlock insights, opportunities, and scalable platforms for high-impact propositions.
- Develop engaging and creative marketing programs and transform them into clear, concise, and visually pleasing proposals in response to RFPs.
- Lead internal communication with Live Nation personnel for research, insights, experiential, marketing, and digital development.
- Brief designers on creative elements.
- Acquire a working knowledge of Live Nation assets/capabilities and identify their role in achieving brand business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in brand partnerships, digital/social media, entertainment and/or sports marketing working with brands.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and execute in a timely manner.
- Strong skills/expertise in storytelling.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Detailed knowledge of marketing trends, emerging media, consumer insights, and the latest digital trends.
- Conversant in music culture / popular culture.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a proactive and thorough approach.
- Able to prioritize and hit deadlines consistently, keeping projects on track and pushing them continuously forward.
- A highly motivated, tenacious, and conscientious individual who takes pride in delivering work to the highest standard and encourages this approach within the team.
- Flexible with a positive ‘can-do’ approach.
