About the Role
As a Wellness Nurse (RN) at Sunrise Senior Living, you will oversee resident health, support clinical systems, and ensure high-quality, compliant care delivery, making a positive difference in residents' lives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and monitor resident health trends
- Oversee medication programs and documentation accuracy
- Coordinate care with families, physicians, and clinical teams
- Support infection control and regulatory compliance
- Lead clinical training and support staff development
- Monitor incidents and drive quality improvements
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Experience in assisted living, hospital, or long-term care
- Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge
- Strong communication and leadership skills
