About the Role
Join a collaborative Identity & Access Management (IAM) team supporting enterprise security operations for a leading financial services organization. Leverage your experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and CyberArk to provision secure user access, resolve identity-related issues, and help maintain compliance with SOX and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Provision and manage approved user access requests using Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, and related IAM platforms.
- Process complex access requests while maintaining strict confidentiality and security standards.
- Ensure all provisioning requests are completed accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot user access issues and resolve identity-related incidents across enterprise applications.
- Assist with application access recertification activities and periodic user access reviews.
- Research and analyze identity and access management issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with Role Engineering and other IT teams to resolve provisioning and authorization issues.
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and internal security policies.
- Identify and escalate security, risk, or compliance concerns as appropriate.
- Support internal and external audit activities and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and assist with departmental initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Support enterprise identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning.
- Ensure secure, timely, and compliant access to critical business applications.
- Partner with cross-functional IT and Security teams to maintain access governance and operational excellence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, controls, and documentation.
Requirements
- Combined minimum of 3 years of higher education and/or professional work experience, including at least 1 year of Identity and Access Management experience.
- Experience administering Active Directory.
- Experience administering Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory).
- Experience administering CyberArk.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of enterprise software systems and access management principles.
- Familiarity with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls and security compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Two or more years of Identity and Access Management experience.
- Professional certification in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Identity Management, or Business.
- Experience supporting enterprise IAM governance, user access reviews, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
