About the Role

This position contributes to and executes product initiatives within the Bank, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies, priorities, and roadmaps while ensuring alignment with the product vision. The role drives positive change through technical innovation and continuous improvement, acting as an interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define, refine, and align on vision, strategy, priority, scope, and roadmap.
• Lead the development and execution of a product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals.
• Prioritize initiatives and define scope for Program Increments (PI), sprints and MVPs.
• Identify and proactively mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Utilize subject matter expert knowledge to build strategic long-term solutions.
• Develop a prioritization framework and strategy for delivery initiatives.
• Prepare/refine product backlog and roadmap and work with cross-functional teams to execute the product backlog.
• Plan and create initiatives, features, epics and stories in JIRA.
• Articulate the product vision and roadmap persuasively to all stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and manage expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management, Scrum, Agile OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management, Scrum, Agile.
• Domain expertise in Banking, Loan products, and Regulatory Reporting highly preferred.
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes (including AWS/Snowflake).
• Knowledge of technologies and trends impacting the financial service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading agile data product delivery across cross-functional teams using agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
