About the Role
Cranial Technologies is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team at our headquarters in Tempe, Arizona. This role focuses on assisting end users with technical issues, responding to emergent situations, imaging and configuring new computer systems, and supporting clinics across the US.
Responsibilities
- Assist end users with issues via phone, ticketing system, or Teams chat
- Respond to emergent situations
- Image and configure new computer systems
- Provide support over the phone, Teams chat, and remote desktop connections
- Document work within the ticketing system
- Assist in the creation and updating of knowledge base articles
- Contact vendor technical support for warranty and repairs
- Help maintain software and hardware inventory
- Provide telephone and remote support to end-users
- Be on call as needed (approximately one week per month)
- Assist with other technology projects as assigned
- Ensure HIPAA compliance is maintained
Requirements
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11
- Familiarity with imaging
- Setup of new computers and break/fix support
- Active Directory / Entra ID knowledge
- Troubleshooting of network connectivity
- Ability to work early morning shifts to support clinics in the Eastern Time zone
- Ability to lift 50lbs
