About the Role

DMC is a leading engineering consulting firm delivering high-caliber engineering and custom software development services globally. This role is for any entry-level engineer (0-3 years of experience) looking for a position in 2027, with an exceptional onboarding and training program to align your skillset with our technical offerings.

Responsibilities

• Focus on programming and software solutions.
• Controls programming including food and beverage processing and packaging, automotive assembly lines, and packaging machinery controls.
• Design and develop automated test systems using LabVIEW, TestStand, C#, and Python for a variety of industries and applications, including EV battery, aerospace and rocket, turnkey, and cloud-enabled test and measurement systems.
• Consult with clients on status updates, maintaining positive rapport while addressing requests.
• Travel to customer manufacturing sites for solution commissioning, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with project teams of varying sizes and experience levels.
• Assist senior engineers in scoping, estimating, and proposing new projects.
• Manage tasks with project teams, prioritizing needs and addressing risks and roadblocks.
• Develop and grow leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.4.
• Interest and ability to program in text-based languages and object-oriented concepts.
• Quick learner with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
